Reservations
Appointments may be scheduled with Spa Fusion any time during
operational hours at 415-923-5014. A credit card is required to hold
a reservation.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment.
If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service
will end at its original time so that the following guest is not
inconvenienced.
Parking
Non-hotel guests will receive complimentary self-parking in the
Hilton San Francisco's garage with the purchase any treatment for the
duration of your treatment(s).
Valuables
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa or health club.
Spa Fusion does not assume any liability for personal items.
Cancellations
Spa Fusion requests that appointment changes or cancellations be
made 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations
made within 4 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment
rate. No shows are charged 100%.
Group Reservations and Events
Please contact our group coordinator to schedule any group or event
over 5 persons.
Gift Certificates
A spa Gift Card is a wonderful way to extend gratitude. Gift Cards are
beautifully packaged and are available in any denomination.
